In our Manual Lymph Drainage program, our instructor uses lectures, demonstrations, and guided hands-on practice to teach students how to move lymph fluid from various parts of the body.聽Students explore the anatomy of the Lymph System and the reasons for providing manual lymph drainage massage. These include its ability to speed the body healing after an injury or surgery and release stagnant, toxic fluids from the cells. That important because toxic fluids affect our health in important ways.聽These include creating a lack of energy, minor aches and pains, chronic inflammation or susceptibility to illness.
