→ The Student Right to Know 2025 The Student Right-to-Know Act, passed by Congress in 1990, requires institutions eligible for Title IV funding, under the Higher Education Act of 1965, to calculate completion or graduation rates of certificate-or degree-seeking, full-time students entering that institution, and to disclose these rates to current and prospective students.

→ 2024 BPPE Annual Report: As per Title 5, California Code of Regulations (5 CCR) § 74110(b), institutions approved by the BPPE are required to post the institution annual report.

DRUG PREVENTION POLICY

91ÖØ¿Ú School Alcohol and Drug Policy- School policies and programs to prevent the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol by students and employees.

 

PROGRAM INTEGRITY REPORTING

The program integrity reports are compiled by OPEID number. An OPE ID refers to a U.S. Department of Education assigned number that is used to identify a school. Importantly, an OPEID number may be used in reference to a single school or a family of schools. The program information listed here shows information for schools that share an OPEID number unless indicated otherwise.

The reports outline the following data by program:

  • Tuition (and fee where applicable)
  • On-time graduation rate
  • Placement percentages
  • Median Loan Debt information values
  • Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) number
  • Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) number
